Which running shoes are better - Nike, Adidas, Reebok?

Something comfortable, doesn't hurt the big toe after long wear.

Which running shoes are better - Nike, Adidas, Reebok?
widepart provided a great answer - the best shoe is the one that fits your specific needs. Weight, body type, %26amp; foot characteristics will all come into play. Find a reputable running store with trained staff (not a chain store in the mall) A good store will let you run outside or on a treadmill to try them out. I would also suggest that you go to runnersworld.com and select Shoes %26amp; Gear. This will provide great information on what goes into selecting the proper running shoes, and the ShowFinder will help you determine which shoes might work best for you. Another good site for information is roadrunnersports.com Good Luck!
Reply:Well, I think adidas is a narrow fit and dont rate them for running in.. Nike are better and do some good trainers. Reebok are very comfortable, a little heavier on average and are better for wider feet? But I would highly rate asics gel trainers. I do a lot of running and gym work and find these brilliant. They are light, nice fitting and look good and offer excellent arch support! Another good make for running is Saucony.. If you go to go a dedicated running shop they will measure your feet and go and buy the trainers cheaper elsewhere! Happy running!
Reply:DO NOT TAKE ANY ADVICE ABOUT A PARTICULAR BRAND!

The best thing to do is to find a store that serious and professional runners go to. Go there - explain what you want and let them advise you and fit you. The good stores of this type have fully trained staff and most are runners and know all about the shoes they sell and know how to fit you properly.
Reply:adidas is good but i have seen that just wearing shoes doesnot not make me run. i have to use my legs %26amp;mind to run
Reply:It is really doing to depend on your foot...I prefer Nike as Reebok hits my arch wrong...even with Nike I still have to try on lots of pairs just to find fit.
Reply:get some really light nike's

Reply:Adidas. Nike is kinda hard, like if you wear it for track, your toes hurt a little....well it depends what kind you are wearing. Adidas's are more softer, if you get a size 1 more bigger than your normal size. I really recomend the white one with 3 black streaks on the side. It's your choice, but i like those. I use em' for track.
Reply:well i can only speak for nike there comfortable and if any shoe starts to hurt ask a sporting store
