Best running shoes? im a guy i like adidas or nike or puma any suggestions?

im a certified shoe fitter and i sell shoes so i know which are the good ones and not. Try ASICS KINSEI or Neimbus VII. ASICS uses Gel-Cushioning System and gives you enough support to avoid injury.





Do not buy those running shoes like Airmax because they can be stiff and wobbly. They are not as bouncy or cushy as they are suppose to be. They are just plain stylish.

Nike duhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and besides girl will dig them I know it I am the one to now all about everything.
Reply:Actually I read in recent studies that the best running shoes are the ones with flat thin soles. wearing shoes with thick support soles causes your feet to lose muscle, causiong you to not be able to run as fast or as long. Most Runners thesed days run barefoot, or with something very thin like old slippers.
Reply:well it's kind of hard to answer this question because it is an opinion and we as in other people can't tell you what to like. Just look at what other people say. We all like different things!!! It depends

You should go to a store that specialises in running and they'll test your foot and running style to see which shoes are best for you. Running shoes come in three main styles depending on how much support you need and where you need it. Personally I prefer Brooks running shoes to all others. Second I like Asics. I just like what I know and trust.

you definetely want to completely disregard what that guy up there said about running barefoot or with no support. Depending on the shape of your foot and your running style you could in the worst case damage your knees to the point that it hurts to walk. Running is hard on your body, it is a very high impact sport. Lifetime runners often need hip replacements and have serious problems with their joints.
Reply:I like adidas that what i would go with, you just have to try them out and see if they feel confortable. plus adidas kicks look grreat!!
Reply:stay away from the shox!!! the best running shoe, comfort and all, are the nike 360's. they have the air pockets lining the entire sole of the shoe, they also have great arch support and breath like no other. they don't run cheap, but what good, long lasting shoe doesn't.
Reply:Definitely nike. Especially shox. Puma is to uncomfortable for running. And adidas is to elevated.
