yes, they are good running shoes and they run about a size big.
Reply:there are two ways to look at running shoes: cute shoes to wear around, and shoes to put some serious miles in.





if you plan to run in them, only use them fo running. a walking stride is different from a running stride and walking will ruing your shoes for running.





brand dosent matter. function is the key. differnet shoes are made for different types of running styles and strides and ankle roll. then there is the place you plan to run. pavement is different from a gravel path. Different tread patterns give better grip on different surfaces.





and again on brands. i have found that Adidas fits my feet better than any other brand. Nike's arch is too far back, Asics don't give me enough overall foot support and make my feet sore.





lastly, im in the army, and i run a lot. every 3 months i buy a nde pair of shoes. most brands websites recomend a shoe only be good for about 500 miles.





so in conclusion, look at where you want to run, this will give you the type of shoe. think of your running style. ankles roll in or out or no roll. do you strike hard on your heel or do you land on your whole foot.





finally. make sure the shoe fits. brand dosent matter. if your shoe store dosent have a shoe for you. keep shopping.
