Are running shoes that different than cross trainers? If so, how?

And can it actually be HARMFUL to run in good cross trainers? Thank you!

yeah, not by much though. with running shoes, the shoe you buy will be taylored to your style of running... if you're a distance runner/walker or are doing this for excercise, the running shoes will be similar to cross-trainers and i suggest cross-trainers instead. they'll probably be cheaper with a wider selection. these shoes will have thicker soles for shock absorbtion, and the sole will wrap around the toe as well. often times you will find that the running shoes will be made of a more breatheable material, whereas cross-trainers will have some breatheable material, but in smaller amounts. if you're doing sprintwork, running shoes will be smaller, lighter, and the soles will be a little thinner. i hope i answered your question
Reply:If I was in a sales, I could argue or put forth the facts as you would want to or like to hear them either way.

If I had an advert tainted ,or some other cause on my agenda, I could tell you or make an argument that would or could be either mesmerizing or painfully borish, but you would still buy the item from the picture.

I guess it is gross manufactured that sets the acceptance and thus the 'rating'.

I like to ride bicycles, so whichever one weighs 1.4 oz or grm less is the best.

Have Fun!
