if i have normal to high arch ... and tend to run long run ... and other than gel Kinsel ..... cuz it's too expensive ..

Go to a running store and let them help you. If you can find one with a treadmill or track in the store so they can watch you run that would be best. Here is DC Potomac River Running is probably the best one. They have a treadmill with a camera behind it. They put you in a neutral shoe and watch you run on the treadmill to watch your entire stride and let you know what you need the shoe to do.
Reply:the 2110 or even the older model the 2100 will be the least expensive asics that will work for you, although i would recommend the Kayano, offers more support.
Reply:Try visiting www.roadrunnersports.com. You can browse the Asics collection and see what shoe fits your running style. Then, head to a sporting goods store and hopefully you will be able find the right shoe. I found that the DS Trainers and the Gel Nimbus work well for me. Still kind of pricey though at 110$ %26amp; 135$, but worth it for your feet!

you have been asking Qs on here abut shoes for weeks. It is impossible to slect a pair of shes through Q%26amp;A or technical research alone.





The ONLY WAY you can get into a pair of running shoes is have your GAIT ANALYSED. Then TEST many pairs of the right type.





Your arch type will make a diference to which shoe works for you, but you can not say high arch = shoe y





so if you want a piar of running shoes that works for you


GO TO A SPECIALSIT RUNNING SHOP AND GET FITTED


no one here can you tell you what shoe to wear as we have not seen you run in them.
