I have very high arches, sometimes after I long run the ache. will rigid arch supports help me, or are they meant for people who have flat feet?

Yeah,arch support is meant for people with flat feet(like me). There are running shoes for people with high arches though.
Reply:Yes they are meant for people with flat feet. I reccomend you get them becuz ur feet will be sore and never get better if you keep running so goout aand get those rigid arch supports becuz i used to have a very similar problem.
