What are the best running shoes for guys?

I'm about 215-220 and I run pretty heavy (in terms of movement) and I usually run 3 miles a day, 3-4 days a week. What would you guys suggest?

If you're running that often, you should make a serious investment in your shoes. Go find a running store in your area (or a military bases's PX/BX) and ask for help. A good clerk can help you find the best shoes based on a bunch of different factors, like where you run (on a track? pavement? trail?) or the shape of your feet (flat? high arch? normal?). If you go to a running store, the shoes will be more expensive, but after you get your first pair, you can go online and get them for cheaper.





I personally love New Balance, but that's because they make great shoes for people with flat feet like me.
