I run x- country and track and I'm interested in doing this over

What are a good brand of trail running shoes?
If you've got the cash, Asics are the way to go. If you're like me and tight on a budget, sauconys are pretty cheap and are very good. I own a pair my self. They are cushiony and help with muscle pain associated w/running
Reply:asics all the way, man. They are awesome. Very comfortable ..I never get shin splints or blisters etc...I wear them to school too. They are that good.
