How often do you replace running shoes?

Depends on how hard you are on them . . . and your budget on ridiculous priced running shoes!! I say to get a new pair whenever the hell you feel like you want to get a new pair!!

How often do you replace running shoes?
probably when the souls fall out or if your like me, i play softball and pitch and the toes of my cleats are worn out, i replace them every year
Reply:I've heard that they should be replaced at least every six months, but it all depends on how much you wear them. I've had the same running shoes for years on end because I didn't go running that often. But if you do go frequently, you'll need to replace them more often. My track coach told me to get at least three new pair every year but I was running a lot back then. I'd go for every six months as the average and best bet.
Reply:I buy a new pair at least twice a year.
Reply:Its not about so much as how old they are as it is how many miles you have put on them. When training for a marathon a shoe should be replaced every 500 miles. It doesn't take long to reach that either.
Reply:I've read you should do it every 6 months.
Reply:every 3 months
Reply:i have about 20 pairs of shoes so i only need to get a new pair once a year
Reply:every 2 years well i dont know it doesnt rely matter just as long as they still fit and arent torn up
Reply:when the shoe no longer provides the support you bought it for
Reply:WHEN THEY STINK OR ARE BROKEN!
Reply:once a year.
Reply:Depends on the condition of your feet
Reply:once every two years
Reply:as often as you can afford
Reply:You reeally dshould replace them every 5-6 months. Over wearing your running shoes can give you foot issues.
Reply:Every two to three months. Helps with maintaining good support and prevent athletes foot from setting in.
