What are the best Running shoes ?

I like New Balance because they are real light and my feet don't get to hot.

Reply:it depends what type of shoe is good for you. If you pronate, try the stability shoes. I'm no expert but go to the nearest running store and ask them. Also on brooksrunning.com, there's a survey to help you choose your shoe based on your frame and how your feet works. it's pretty cool

Reply:it is all based on your personal preferance. but i wouldn't recommed training in nikes but i would recommend them for racing. also don't train in the frees for more than half an hour because injuries will result. my favourite shoes are asics ds trainers, nike miler/lanang spikes, and adidas adistar comp flats.
Reply:i don't like nikes because they fall apart very easily and don't last long. my favorites are asics-they are lightweight and last long, and saucony-they give your foot great support.
