The best running shoes are the ones you feel most comfortable in. Fit is everything when it comes to shoes. Try going to a running store instead of the generic Foot Lockers, Dick's of the world so the people there know what they're talking about. Also most running stores will have a treadmill in the store for you to try out the new shoes. As for the difference between outdoor and treadmill it doesn't matter.

You should not shop for shoes by the brand, you should shop for how they feel when you run. Most running stores will let you run around the store to test them out.

but are never rated high


and i always tend to hurt my foot so idk


asics are always the best bet


they are specifically for running

althogh they are expensive
Reply:I like Nike Shox, they are very comfortable. Kind of expensive. $100, but totally worth it.
