Runners only please. My ankles and knees are KILLING me, even after short (2-3 miles) runs.
How do you know when your running shoes are worn out?
Pain is often a signal that your shoes are worn out. Shoes last for about 300 - 500 miles, depending on the shoe (and running surface, etc) or 6 month - 1 year.
Reply:When my toes stick out the front.
Reply:You should get new running shoes every 6 months because they deteriorate over time even when your not wearing them.
Reply:when your feet pop through the bottom
Reply:When you can step on gum and tell the flavor. No, seriously, doesn't sound like the shoe. See a podiatrist.
Reply:when they start talking to you
Reply:when there's no more support.clarks are the best and they last long
Reply:when the first thing that hits the pavement is your foot
Reply:your feet hurt.
Reply:Running shoes wear out after you put in 300 miles. Good shoes may take you to 400 miles tops.
