What running shoes are better ?
360's I tried both of them and I did so much better with the 360's. I am a college runner and I need to keep my game at the highest It can be. I hope you can run better.

Reply:The 180s are more stable and durable than the 360s. But the 360s are slightly lighter, but not noticably.


Overall, the 180s are a better value. but another good idea is the Nike Air Zoom Explosion Road, its not a well known shoe but it is super light, durable, and isnt over-prived like the 360s or 180s.
Reply:Air Max 360's.... but it's only worth it if you're a definite high-mileage runner. If you only run 2-3 miles at a time, a few times a week... you're wasting your money on either shoe.
