Actually, there are a lot of better running shoes than Nike. What kind of running?





For marathons or long distances, Brooks are supreme. For track, New Balance are excellent.

if you want to be a champion you'd go with asics or new balance they are stable and give you the support you need for running.

Nike has been around since 1964 and thousands upon thousands of athletes compete in them. They are trendy/stylish and well made.

Reply:actually i really like nike frees 5.0 and 7.0s theyre super comfy and really light and i use them everytime i run and work out.
