How do I know what my shoe size is for running shoes?

I need to get track shoes and I was looking online, my usual size is 7.5 or 8 in womens USA


and my feet are 10 inches


would that be the same size for Puma and Asics?

you should never buy shoes you can't try on. Running shoes should fit well to your feet, provide the correct arch for your feet, allow proper breathing and shouldn't need "breaking in". If you goto a athletic store or high end shoe store they can help you with proper fit and arching.
