No shoes will help really maybe Nike Shox but the problem with those is they are heavy about 2.5 lbs. a pair just stretch extra thats what causes shin splints in the first place
What are the best running shoes for people with shin splint problems?
That's a good question. I want to know the same thing. I heard that a good arch support insert is good and lots of calf stretching helps before and after a run. I always get them, that's why I hate running..Wish I knew the answer to this one!
Reply:Why not get rid of your shin splints? Stand about a foot or so(depending on how tall you are) away from a wall, placing both hands on wall, lean forward all the way. Do that at least 12 times each day before running. They should go away.
Oh, arch support might also help.
Sorry I can't help with the shoe question.
