I am looking for a running shoes. Any brand recommendations?
It totally depends on your feet and what kind of running you're doing. I do long distance so any problem in the shoe will become exagerrated over the miles. Go to a store that specializes in running and let them look at your feet. They should watch you walk and preferably see you run to see how your feet work. then they can recommend the best show. (I've had Nikes, Saucony, Asics and now Brooks.)

are looking for spikes or just regular running shoes?


spikes are always about $50


regular running shoes are $30+
Reply:Asics or Muzunos are my favorite. DOnt get the nike shockes, they are bad for distance running. You should really go to your local running store(NOT something like ***** or models/city sport) and have them fit you for a pair. It is a little more $ but in the long term alot better if you have the right shoes.
Reply:Go to your local running shop and they will find the right type for your feet, some poeple need a certain make that give them the best comfort and prevent them from injury. i think that brooks and aisics are the best shoes if you are doing road running or cross country but it depends how much you want to spend! nike are also quite good and usually quite cheap!
