Is asics the best running shoes?

What make and model do know think is the best?

Is asics the best running shoes?
It's down to the individual again,


But saying that I paid £55 for a pair of asics Gel 1110's and find them springy snug and comfortable.


Being a member of garsube harriers in Glasgow most of the members run in them.





But I also like very much Nike Structures paid £40 and use them for 3 mile and 4 mile runs

Reply:for a person with wider feet i have found asics to be the most comfortable and long lasting shoes that i have ever owned. im a big guy so my shoes wear out fast but asics last me a long time. great shoes

Reply:not strictly so ...everyone has different shape feet and a different way of movement when running and so different runners benefit different people. find a proper shop that will use water and paper to find out how you land on ur feet when walking and they will help you pick out whats right for you.


i used new balance but they suited me and they was brilliant.
